Child Serial Killers: Evil at an Early Age

Across history, there have been cases so disturbing that even seasoned investigators struggled to understand them.  Kids who should have been riding bikes, trading baseball cards, or doing homework were leaving behind crime scenes, terrified communities, and questions that still haunt psychologists and criminologists to this day.  Is it pure evil?  A broken mind, or perhaps something more disturbing than we want to admit?
