Falling off track isn’t a character flaw, and getting back on track is a skill -- and lately, I’ve had to practice that skill myself.

There are times when I’m completely in momentum — I’m doing the things I said I would do, taking care of myself, working, training, keeping my routines — and everything feels relatively easy.

And then… life happens.

You get busy. Something emotionally consumes you. You travel. You get sick. You have a shitty week.

Suddenly, you realize you’ve lost your momentum.

And even though you KNOW what to do, getting yourself moving again can feel so much harder than continuing ever did.

In today’s episode, I’m sharing the 3 things I personally do when I’ve fallen off track and need to rebuild my momentum.

We’re talking about separating a setback from your identity, making a realistic plan instead of trying to change everything overnight, and accepting that starting again might feel hard — without using that discomfort as a reason not to start. XO
