Why do so many people suffer from chronic symptoms despite being told their labs are "normal"? In this fascinating episode, we sit down with Dr. Olivia Lesslar, a physician specializing in psychoneuroimmunology and longevity medicine, to uncover why so-called "mystery illnesses" are often the result of multiple unresolved threats interacting throughout the body and brain. She explains how chronic pain, chronic fatigue, trauma, surgery, infections, and even deeply rooted psychological patterns can keep the nervous system locked in survival mode, making true healing a complex but achievable process. Dr. Lesslar also shares why creating a sense of safety within the body is one of the most powerful yet overlooked foundations for recovery. If you've been searching for answers to persistent health challenges, this episode offers a compassionate, science-backed perspective that will change the way you think about chronic disease and what it takes to heal.
