Two years ago, we brought on a band that was not only starting to gain popularity amongst metal fans, & getting endorsements from William Duvall from Alice in Chains, but were still in high school at the time. The world looked like it was right in front of the band, and theirs for the taking. We have seen many prodigy-like bands fall off after so much potential… but not this one.
From touring all across the world, opening for artists like Slaughter to Prevail, and continuing to gain more and more notoriety from metal musicians and fans all across the world, these guys just keep working hard to be able to fill the metal music void in thrash and punk that a new generation is eager to find. But how are they making sure this is a success? Easy, they’re taking life by the throat and not letting go.
Ethan from the South Florida metal band Chained Saint rejoins the Chord Progression Podcast for the second time as the band is all set to release their newest EP “Rise to Fall” on October 9th. Come and join us as we chat with Ethan all about:
- How Chained Saint kept growing, 2 years following the release of their acclaimed debut album “Blindside,” by being fully invested in the grind it takes to be a successful band, and pushing for that success.
- The new EP “Rise to Fall,” how people have been responding to the band’s new music live, & how the band seemingly blended thrash metal and punk rock together in a perfect, unique light.
- What’s next for the band and how they are filling that classic thrash metal void for a brand new generation.
Running it back with a great band is what we do. Tap the subscribe button as plenty more episodes are coming.
