Alexis Santos is a meditation teacher who teaches retreats internationally. He has been a long-time student of Sayadaw U Tejaniya, including several years of training as a Buddhist Monk under his guidance. Alexis also completed the 4-year teacher training program through Insight Meditation Society at Spirit Rock. Alexis’ teachings emphasize knowing the mind through a natural and relaxed continuity.
