He also collaborated with the late investigative journalist Bob Mitchell on Forbidden Knowledge: Revelations of a Multi-Dimensional Time Traveler.Through his writings, Quitt examines connections between ancient civilizations, sacred symbolism, consciousness and what he believes may be hidden dimensions of reality.But perhaps the most extraordinary aspects of his work concern his reported encounters with nonhuman entities.Quitt describes experiences involving shadowy figures, unusual humanoid beings, alienlike intelligences and entities that appear to operate according to rules very different from those governing everyday human existence.Some of his accounts involve beings resembling the extraterrestrials described in UFO literature, while others concern entities that he believes may originate from entirely different dimensions or states of consciousness.Could some reported alien encounters actually be experiences occurring within altered states of awareness rather than physical encounters aboard spacecraft?This possibility introduces a fascinating connection between UFO research, sleep paralysis, lucid dreaming, astral projection and the study of consciousness.Quitt also explores the idea that the ancient Egyptians and other early civilizations may have preserved spiritual practices intended to expand human awareness. Or might these encounters arise from dreams, memory, neurological processes and the extraordinary creative capabilities of the human brain?Although out-of-body experiences and sleep paralysis are genuine experiences studied by psychologists and neuroscientists, there is no reliable scientific evidence establishing that consciousness literally leaves the body, travels to other dimensions or communicates with extraterrestrial entities during astral projection.Nevertheless, these experiences continue to fascinate researchers because they reveal how complex and mysterious human perception can be.
