I don't talk enough about this, and it is time I did.

So many of the women in this community right now, incredibly bright, capable, successful women, are quietly feeling flat. Exhausted. Confused about what is next. They are in a new season of motherhood, womanhood, or business, and the old version of their life does not quite fit anymore.

In this episode, I want to give real air time to the in between season. The season where you have come to clarity about what you no longer want to do or who you no longer want to be, but you are not yet sure what is next.

I share the conversation I had in Bali this week with a friend who just closed her business (and why my first response to her was congratulations).
