Zacchaeus couldn't see Jesus over the crowd, so he did something about it. He climbed a tree. And that one move put him in the exact spot where Jesus would look up and call him by name.

In this Celebrate Sunday message, Rob McClure walks through the story of the sycamore tree in Luke 19:1-10:

A different look - Zacchaeus was willing to do something outside the norm to get closer to Jesus.

A divine spot - climbing that tree put him right where God wanted to meet him. (Ephesians 2:10)

Dependable fruit - the encounter changed everything, and it showed in how Zacchaeus lived afterward.

Sometimes getting close to Jesus means doing something a little different. This message will challenge you to find your own sycamore tree.
