Heart Coherence, Collective Dreams, and Zezar's New Realities with Marilyn Gavac-Keith
Host Alan Steinfeld talks with channel Marilyn Gavac-Keith and, at moments, with Zezar, the interdimensional being she channels, about heart coherence, collective dream states, retreats and zero-point energy. Suzanne, who organizes the retreats, joins the conversation throughout.
Opening Remarks on Awakening and Retreats
Marilyn Gavac-Keith opens the hour by describing a new awakening in which many people are breaking the bondage of separation. She speaks of retreats that give listeners a chance to feel what she calls new realities, stepping out of old three-dimensional programs and what she calls the old matrix. Marilyn poses questions that pull the conversation forward: what happens after death, what happens with contact, and what happens when a high being channels through a person into journeys beyond ordinary material life. Host Alan Steinfeld introduces her as the channel for the interdimensional being Zezar and says he has long intuited that these new realities are arriving. He sees her work and that of Suzanne, who organizes the gatherings, as making those realities real. Marilyn answers that people are ready for this awakening, even though the daily news does not show it.
Heart Coherence and the Question of Disclosure
Marilyn explains that people often ask when disclosure will happen, and she says Zezar frames the question differently. The real question, in her account, is when human consciousness reaches enough coherence to hold a global disclosure without shattering. Early disclosure, she argues, would have frightened people into separation and fear. Marilyn credits the gatherings with raising that coherence and points to heart coherence, which she links to research by the HeartMath Institute on the physical heart and nervous system. She describes anger, violent thoughts and sadness as dense, incoherent vibrations that travel little distance. Love, joy, peace and unity, by contrast, create a field that can be felt in a room. Suzanne adds that she studied HeartMath years ago and describes incoherent waves as static, while coherent waves align into harmony. Alan calls the message beautiful and says groups in harmony reach levels no one reaches alone.
Zezar on the Unified Field and Zero-Point Energy
Marilyn steps back so that Zezar can speak, and Alan asks for a word from the entity directly. Zezar greets the hosts and says Alan and Suzanne carry a strong heart light that rises out of the crown, making them transmitters of unified human consciousness. He describes gatherings as amplifiers that send light around the planet. According to Zezar, the unified field has opened a corridor to what he calls zero-point energy, a fuel he says will need to be managed as it flows into Earth. He links it to new healing modalities, new mathematics, sacred design and the use of sound. Zezar also says dormant DNA may light up as the field grows, and he claims people will live longer without disease. The passage is channeled material from an unverified source; listeners should treat these claims as Zezar's own statements rather than established findings. Zezar ends this stretch by telling the hosts that the window is wide open and that ascension is going to happen.
Collective Dreams and the Telepathic Network
Zezar describes collective dream states already occurring in his community, in which people wake up reporting that they saw one another on a craft at night. He says the two people involved reported seeing each other without having heard the other's account. He calls this a way of strengthening a telepathic network and encourages listeners to expect dreams of those attending the retreat. Alan says he teaches remote viewing by setting a GPS on a target and tuning in through consciousness and telepathy, which he links to the divine self. Zezar agrees that people are dissolving separation and reaching the wisdom libraries of the universe that are within them. He also says that when a group sets its frequency, the members create collective mapping systems of space and time that others can later access. Suzanne mentions the hundredth monkey effect and says individual awakenings may suddenly shift all of humanity. Zezar then imagines a future news channel built around human consciousness.
A Heart-Led World and the Mustard Aisle
Zezar paints a picture of a world led by the heart. He imagines the feeling of the best retreat, where strangers seem familiar and people want to hug without knowing why. In that world, he says, people recognize one another by vibrational field more than by appearance or occupation, grow foods suited to the body, and no longer fear wars or violence. He describes a grocery aisle in which Suzanne spins light into a jar of mustard, and a shopper who takes it home, feels the light, and returns to buy the whole shelf without knowing the source. Suzanne answers by saying each person can co-create the new age in everyday interactions, seeing every other being as the pure love of God that they are. She says there is no outside Messiah who will lift humanity. Zezar adds that humans must realize that this happens human to human.
Retreats, the Team, and Closing Reflections
The hour turns to logistics and gratitude. Marilyn mentions a retreat in Cornwall that she and Zezar will hold the week before Glastonbury, with details on their website, and says a retreat center there asked Zezar to visit. Alan recalls visiting the cave of Merlin in that region and says he met Martin Brennan, whom he identifies as the man who discovered the chamber inside Newgrange, and Brennan wrote Stars and Stones. Suzanne promotes the San Diego Transcendence Retreat at the Catamaran Resort Hotel, and Alan invites listeners to a boat cruise on San Diego Bay and to see Marilyn at the Portal to Ascension retreat in Glastonbury. Marilyn replies that she no longer doubts, and that her goal is to help people expand their heart consciousness.
