In this interval workout, Alisa Keeton invites you to move your body so you can return to your body—and encounter a God who created it.
This is not a "have to." It's a get-to.
A chance to care for your body, nourish it, and remember that worry and striving lead toward bondage, while presence leads toward freedom.
A Question to Begin
When was the last time you felt truly seen by God?
Because the God who sees… sees you.
Today's Scripture
📖 Genesis 1:31
"God saw all that He had made, and it was very good."
The Hebrew word tov means good—whole, complete, flourishing.
Before anything was said, there was seeing.
God didn't just declare goodness—He saw it.
Knowing vs. Being Seen
Knowing God is cognitive.
Being seen by God is embodied.
To know we are good, we need to be seen.
Three Ways to Experience Being Seen by God
- Read the Word
- Gather in community
- Be known (vulnerability and honesty)
Move as an Invitation
As you move through today's intervals, let this become more than exercise.
Let it become a practice of receiving God's gaze.
You are not striving to be good.
You are learning to believe what God already sees.
Keep moving.
Stay present.
And let yourself be seen.
