Dela

In part one of Red Eye Radio with Gary McNamara and Eric Harley, as we break down election results, our greatest concerns have come true en masse. Democrats have seized the House majority and will control the lower chamber of Congress for the final two years of President Trump's term. An unprecedented blue wave saw Democrats pull off stunning upsets in both battleground House districts and areas considered safe red seats. The GOP suffered major losses in four key groups: Hispanic voters, young voters, independents and rural Americans.

Final numbers will be tallied in the next few days / control of the Senate is expected to shift to the DNC, following major victories including Troy Jackson's defeat of longtime Republican Sen. Susan Collins in Maine and James Talarico's win over Ken Paxton in Texas / President Trump stressed Tuesday night that he plans to use the "power of veto" to block Democrat-backed legislation / and once seated, Democrats will waste no time in attempting to undo all that President Trump has accomplished.
