Lena, an experienced professional in her late twenties, is assigned to onboard Mark, a new hire in his early twenties. What begins as standard training slowly shifts as she tests professional boundaries with increasing physical closeness and private “presence” sessions.
Her desire for control and his careful, intense attention pull them further from protocol. When the office no longer feels safe enough, she invites him to her flat under the remaining cover of mentoring.
By morning the formal hierarchy still exists on the surface, but both know the ground beneath it has permanently changed.
