Chris Layton Bio:

Chris "Whipper" Layton is an American drummer born on November 16, 1955, in Corpus Christi, Texas. He gained fame as a founding member of the blues rock band Double Trouble, which was led by Stevie Ray Vaughan, and has continued to perform with various artists, including the Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band.
