Most young men aren’t lacking motivation. They’re lacking challenge.

In this episode, I sat down with Brandon Cook, a professional kickboxer and multiple-time world champion.

We spoke about what young men are actually missing today, and why it’s not motivation or discipline, but putting yourself in uncomfortable situations that force you to grow.

Brandon has been fighting since he was 8 years old, and what stood out most is how much it’s shaped his mindset, not just physically, but mentally. We got into confidence, control, discipline, and why learning to fight doesn’t make you violent, it makes you more composed.

We also spoke about why the most dangerous men are usually the quiet ones, and how a lot of what you see online about masculinity isn’t always real.

A lot of this conversation will hit if you’ve ever felt a bit lost or unsure of direction.
