To celebrate its 60th anniversary, my brother and I revisited The Beatles’ Revolver from beginning to end, sharing our reactions and thoughts song by song.

He’s a Millennial, I’m Gen Z, and Revolver is one of our favorite Beatles albums. This isn’t a first listen. It’s a chance to hear what still surprises us, which songs hit differently now, and where our perspectives meet or differ 60 years after its release.

From “Taxman” and “Eleanor Rigby” to “She Said She Said” and “Tomorrow Never Knows,” we talk about the songwriting, production, emotions, and details that make every track feel like its own world. We also share which songs stood out most during this listen and why Revolver continues to feel so exciting six decades later.

What are your top three songs on Revolver? Let us know in the comments 👇
