Dr. Carlee Wetzel and her husband (also a chiropractor) are the picture of health. They know all the tests to run, the healthy decisions to make, and they are good to their bodies inside and out. So why have they experienced so many miscarriages? Well, the answer came in the shape of a heart...well, sort of. Carlee has what is known as a bicornuate uterus (boomerang or heart-shaped). The reduction in size and change in shape (usually more like a pear) can have an impact on not only staying pregnant but also affect delivery.

Carlee is still in her journey today. Unlike a lot of other guests, she is not on the other side yet, which takes so much courage. Listen to her talk about all the information she's learned along the way so far. And cheer her on!
