The Six Shooter - "Blood Relations" (Old Time Radio, 1954)

The Six Shooter, “Blood Relations,” originally broadcast May 27, 1954, is episode 35 of the NBC Radio Network western series. James Stewart stars as drifter Britt Ponset in this Frank Burt script, produced and directed by Jack Johnstone.

Britt returns to the Wilcox Ranch near Adobe Junction to arrange a cattle drive east of Abilene, only to find a family dispute brewing over young Vi Wilcox’s relationship with Hunt Coffin. With old resentments, family reputation, and a newly purchased gun raising the stakes, Britt is drawn into a dangerous conflict.

Old Time Retro Radio presents the original broadcast with a newly produced contextual introduction, a short closing announcement, and gently cleaned/mastered audio for a more consistent listening experience.
