Dr. Jennifer Schneider is co-founder and CEO of Homeward, a company focused on transforming rural healthcare through AI-enabled, value-based care delivery. Previously, she served as President and CMO at Livongo, where she helped scale the company, take it public in the largest consumer digital health IPO at the time, and lead its $18.5 billion merger with Teladoc Health. She has also served as CMO at Castlight Health and practiced as an internal medicine physician. She serves on the boards of Vertex Pharmaceuticals and Maven Clinic, and holds an MD from Johns Hopkins and a master's in Health Services Research from Stanford.
