Can AI Detect Disease Before Symptoms? w/ Dr. Guru Banavar, Founding CTO, Viome

Dela

70 to 80% of the global population lives with a known chronic disease. Most of them won't know something is wrong until symptoms appear, often years after the biology has already shifted.

Dr. Guru Banavar, Founding CTO of Viome, joins host Brian Chee on HumanifAI HealthTech to break down how Viome's molecular AI reads RNA from gut, blood, and saliva samples to detect biological dysfunction before disease sets in, and why the distinction between what DNA knows and what RNA reveals in real time is the key to making preventive medicine work at scale.
