In this episode of the Healing Childhood Trauma podcast, we explore three practical steps that can help you begin healing the deeper wounds you may still carry from early childhood trauma.

We’ll look at how painful early experiences can leave behind feelings of rejection, abandonment, not being good enough or being unlovable - and how these wounds can continue to show up in adult life through anxiety, anger, perfectionism, people-pleasing, shutting down and relationship difficulties.

You’ll learn how to begin meeting the wounded parts of yourself rather than avoiding them, process some of the emotions and experiences they may still be carrying, and start giving yourself some of what you didn’t receive at the time.

Because while you can’t go back and change your childhood, you can begin creating the safety, care, connection and understanding those parts of you may still need today.
