Independent journalist uncovered a massive cover up, casting doubt on this "car accident" motives for being unable to attend parliament. WeChat photos and videos pin Chen in China after his "accident", worse still... he billed taxpayers for trips between Toronto and Ottawa while allegedly being in China. Worse still... he allegedly cast votes in the house of commons, while being out of the country. Something that goes against Parliament standing rules.
