When a potential client says "you're too expensive," the worst thing you can do is start justifying your price. The value, everything that's included, why it's worth it — and usually, that just shuts people down.
After signing over 2,000 clients, here's what I've learned: "too expensive" means one of two completely different things. Either "I want this, but I don't have the money" — or "I have the money, but I don't see the value." Those are different objections, and they need different responses. In this episode I show you how to diagnose which one you're hearing, when a co-created payment plan actually makes sense, how to reconnect the offer to what they told you they want, and how to get the real objection on the table before you address anything.
Handle this well and price stops being a fight — it becomes a conversation.
