This 8-minute somatic meditation for emotional exhaustion is designed to offer a gentle place to pause when you feel drained, heavy, overwhelmed, or simply tired from carrying too much. Through grounding, supportive self-touch, breath awareness, and intentional rest, this practice invites your nervous system to soften without asking you to fix or change how you feel.

Through noticing where tiredness lives in your body, feeling the support beneath you, softening areas of tension, and connecting with the warmth of your own hands, this meditation creates space to step away from pushing and simply be with yourself for a few quiet moments.

Somatic meditation brings gentle awareness to your present experience through the body. When you are emotionally exhausted, even trying to relax can sometimes feel like another task. This practice takes a different approach—there is nothing to accomplish. Instead, you are invited to notice what you are carrying, receive the support already around you, and listen for what your body may need.

This practice is a reminder that you do not have to wait until you reach your breaking point to rest. You are allowed to pause while things are unfinished. You are allowed to need quiet, comfort, connection, or space. And you are allowed to simply be human.

✨ In this somatic meditation you will experience:

• Grounding into the support beneath your body
• Slow breathing to invite softness and ease
• Gentle awareness of where exhaustion is felt in the body
• Supportive hand-to-heart and belly contact
• Softening through the shoulders, jaw, and face
• Space for emotions without needing to analyze them
• A gentle check-in with what your body needs
• Quiet rest for an emotionally tired nervous system
