The Giants are accelerating Jackson Flora’s rise—drafted fourth overall in 2026, he’s already dominating Double-A playoffs, tossing two perfect innings with four strikeouts in his debut. Promoted just last week from Single-A, Flora silenced Erie with five scoreless innings, 10 Ks, and zero hits. A standout at UC Santa Barbara (1.06 ERA, 133 Ks, National Pitcher of the Year), he’s now the team’s third-best prospect and could be a major leaguer as early as next season.
