The Detroit Lions are in deep trouble after surrendering 71 points in their first two games, with a brutal shootout loss to the Bills proving especially costly. Despite Jared Goff throwing for over 300 yards and four touchdowns, and standout performances from Amon-Ra St. Brown and Sam LaPorta, the defense couldn’t contain Buffalo’s onslaught. With playoff hopes hanging by a thread and a critical home game against the Jets looming, the Lions must fix their defensive woes fast—or risk another disappointing season.
