It's remaining present long enough to discern what is actually true.

Focus is the capacity to remain organized around what you've consciously chosen while being fully present with what actually exists.
You don't have to deny the present.
You don't have to know exactly how the future will unfold.
You need to know what you've chosen, see clearly where you are, and become willing to participate in the space between them.
And once you can do that...
we reach the next movement in conscious creation:
Flow.
Because eventually, you have to stop controlling exactly how the gap between your choice and current reality gets closed.
