In this episode of The Body Talks, Chloé Dall’Olio sits down in Paris with artist, photographer and performance artist Iris Brosch for a conversation about the female body, visibility, feminism, art and the legacy of her late friend Shere Hite.

Together they speak about the male gaze, the power of listening, body shame, pleasure, ecofeminism, age, sensuality and what it means to create images of women outside of a patriarchal lens.

Shere Hite’s groundbreaking work, The Hite Report, opened up a radical conversation around women’s sexuality, pleasure and lived experience. In this conversation, Iris reflects on Hite’s legacy not as something frozen in the past, but as something still deeply alive and urgent today.

The episode opens and closes with a grounding breath practice, inviting you to listen not only to the conversation, but to your own body too.

Content note: this episode includes open discussion around sex, sexuality, orgasm, pornography, nudity, body image and feminist politics.
