Welcome to the earthly season of Virgo Dear listeners I have a special treat for you all today as we welcome back Hadean’s own Giulia Turolla to discuss her recently published book, ‘The Key to Ancient Greek Religion: A Source of Academic Knowledge for Practitioners’.
Giulia and I discuss the nature of her Book, which she describes as a tool for practitioners, a reference manual not only for various aspects of Greek religion, magic and mysticism, but also a truly fantastic resource which collates modern and cutting edge academic resources into a single location, all with the practitioner in mind.
As Giulia says in our interview, books with a more practical leaning often trail decades behind what is being discussed in more learned spheres, so it was her ambition to pour all of this knowledge into a single work to aid in levelling the playing field and getting her readers up to speed with our most contemporary understanding.
