Episode 30 - Sandwiches of History (Barry)

Today Patrick sits down with content creator Barry Enderwick to build the playlist of his life.

Barry Enderwick is best known for his series Sandwiches of History where every day at lunch time he makes a sandwich and reviews it. He makes sandwiches from throughout history - from old 19th century recipe books to user submitted sandwiches - then tries to improve them and lets us know whether they’re worth making. It’s a simple concept that is highly addictive. And the concept has grown beyond his daily social media videos to a live tour and his own cookbook.

Barry and I talk about his time as a college radio DJ, the person who introduced him to his favorite band and whether or not he listens to music while he makes sandwiches.
