Alison Anton of the ForgiveNest Podcast continues her ACIM-based series “The Root of All Emotion,” focusing on attack thoughts as projection. Alison states that projection requires guilt and an “other”, first projected onto God, then displaced onto people and situations to hide deep intrapersonal guilt that sustains fear, time, and a cycle of punishment. She describes emotions as mind-generated thoughts, translated through the subtle and gross body as feeling and emotion as we know it. Alison previews the next episodes on how emotions present themselves in the body, and what to do with them.
