We get into how this programming can influence the way you see yourself + the life you create, why learning to ask better questions matters, and how your intuition can help you stop blindly accepting something just because you’ve been told it’s true.
And obviously we couldn’t have Alessandro on without getting into reflections. We talk about why the problem you’re having with your husband might actually be reflecting something happening in a COMPLETELY different area of your life, what self-image has to do with your relationship, cheating + why changing the way you see yourself can completely change what starts showing up around you.
