Amazon MGM Studios has officially started production on a scary new motion picture titled Summoner, which is written and directed by Jeremy Slater. The project stars Kevin Bacon as Jefferson Haddock, a man sent to a secure witness protection site to neutralize a malevolent spirit, only to awaken a perilous entity that endangers everyone around him. Recently, the cast has expanded to include notable performers Daniel Ings and Stephanie Beatriz, alongside previously attached actress Giorgia Whigham. A talented team of industry professionals, featuring Andy Muschietti and Barbara Muschietti, is producing the feature. Although filming is currently underway, the studio has not yet announced an official theatrical release date for the spooky project.
