Additionally, Maksut's other concepts and partnerships, include Foxy, a bistro focused on local and natural wines; Todos los Dias, an all-day bistro; Kontuar Pera, a wood-fired based restaurant, all located in Istanbul; and O – Anatolian Cafe by Maksut Askar at the Fenix art museum in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
