In this episode of the Spiritual Teachers Podcast, Petr interviews Scarlett, inventor of Astral Reiki, author of Crystal Mastery, and certified Human Design reader, for a deep conversation about spiritual awakening, astral projection, energy healing, Reiki, crystals, Human Design, consciousness and multidimensional experiences.Scarlett shares how her spiritual awakening began at age 12 after a science lesson about matter and energy sparked a profound realization about oneness and the interconnectedness of the universe.
Her early experiences included feeling out of body, exploring astrology and numerology, and searching for spiritual answers while feeling different from her peers. After stepping away from spirituality for years, Scarlett's journey reopened when she experienced severe physical pain and conventional medical approaches failed to provide answers. Exploring alternative healing led her to massage therapy, acupuncture and ultimately Usui Reiki. She describes how Reiki became a turning point, bringing powerful spiritual experiences, visions, emotional release and a renewed connection to her intuitive abilities.Scarlett explains how she developed Astral Reiki during Reiki training by experimenting with astral projection and channeling energy through the astral or light body rather than relying only on the physical body.
She shares her experiences with distance Reiki, clairvoyance, energy sensitivity and the importance of spiritual protection and energetic hygiene. The conversation also explores crystal healing and crystal consciousness, including how different stones can be used, the distinctions between rough stones, shaped stones and gemstones, Vogel crystals, crystal placement, crystal grids and working with crystals intentionally.Scarlett discusses her book Crystal Mastery and its practical approach to building a relationship with crystals, including how to use them in personal spaces and healing practices. She introduces animism and the idea of shifting from owning crystals to becoming their steward, treating the natural world with greater awareness and respect.
