What is astral projection? What happens during astral travel, out-of-body experiences, dreams, and multidimensional consciousness? In this episode of the Spiritual Teachers Podcast, Petr welcomes back Michael Monk, healer, metaphysics and spirituality teacher, and energy master, for a deep exploration of astral projection, astral travel, energy mastery, chakras, soul consciousness, higher dimensions, reincarnation, dreams, angels, frequencies, and spiritual awakening. Michael discusses his Avatar Energy Mastery teachings and shares his perspective on how consciousness can explore beyond the physical body while remaining connected to Earth.
Petr and Michael explore the nature of the astral realm, different dimensions, soul groups, reincarnation, soul mass, ether, energy frequencies, and the relationship between physical reality and spiritual consciousness. The conversation explores out-of-body experiences, lucid dreaming, dream states, astral realms, spiritual dimensions, multidimensional reality, and communication with other souls. They also discuss historical interest in astral projection, including reported CIA experiments and research, as well as angels, extraterrestrial experiences, spiritual beings, and different levels of consciousness. A major focus is energy mastery and the chakra system. Michael explains different approaches to chakras, including the traditional seven-chakra model and expanded chakra systems. The discussion explores energy healing, Qigong, meditation, spiritual frequencies, the heart chakra, energy bodies, and how different chakra systems may be applied for healing and spiritual development. Michael also discusses soul evolution, reincarnation, higher dimensions, frequency, ether, consciousness, and the nature of life and death. The conversation examines how spiritual experiences can create psychological freedom, reduce fear of death, and expand our understanding of ourselves as eternal spiritual beings.
