Training Tip: Fall is coming, but its stil hot, so even if you aren't sweating as much, you still need to hydrate before, after, and during your runs. 

Mantra: I’m coming in hot - literally, this month will start hotter than it ends, and as the humidity drops, you’ll start feeling faster and realize you’ve been getting fitter all summer (whether it felt like it or not).
