Piyush is a social innovation leader with deep expertise in applied Behavioral Science. Currently he is Managing Director – Strategic Initiatives at Fifth Third Bank, focusing on designing and scaling the bank’s social impact initiatives. He served as Chief Innovation Officer and founding Executive Director at ideas42, where he helped transform it from a Harvard research initiative into an independent nonprofit tackling complex social issues. Piyush has led initiatives across finance, education, poverty, and healthcare. Earlier in his career, he was a partner at Oliver Wyman and has lectured at Princeton, Harvard, and Wharton. He holds degrees from the Harvard Kennedy School, the Wharton School, and the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and serves on multiple boards and global advisory councils.
