Dave Dombrowski, Don Mattingly talk about Phillies future plans

Dave Dombrowski spoke for more than an hour on Thursday at Citizens Bank Park.

What’s his plan for the Phillies’ offseason? He talked about payroll, why he won’t trade his superstars, why he won’t trade from his starting pitching, why he is challenging Trea Turner to play better shortstop and more.

We discuss what Dombrowski might do this winter. We discuss the Phillies’ coaching changes. They fired Kevin Long and Bobby Dickerson. We discuss Don Mattingly’s return, and how he thinks he can get the Phillies to play better next year.
