Ep #81 Building the Business of HYROX & Elite 15 Judging with Gee Robson

What does it actually take to build the fastest-growing sport on the planet?

In this episode of Hybrid Sport Media, we’re joined by someone operating at the very centre of the sport....HYROX Regional Director, HYROX365 APAC Operations Manager and Elite 15 Head Judge - Gee Robson.

Gee talks us through the day-to-day reality of scaling HYROX across the APAC region, how the sport is shifting fitness culture for women, and why HYROX is creating massive leadership and coaching opportunities across the industry, especially for females.

We also discuss the world of Elite 15 judging, where Gee breaks down what it takes to do the job under immense pressure, how she drowns out the noise to make split-second calls on world-class athletes and where the sport is heading over the next decade.
