It's that time again...the final major for the HYROX 25/26 season is here and we're breaking it all down with our good friend Ian Kay from UKHXR.


The fourth and final major will take place in Warsaw on Thursday, 16 and Friday 17 April, with a total of 12 qualifying sports up for grabs across all four races - solos and doubles.
