David McRedmond is no stranger to leadership. His CV boasts experience at the top of TV3, An Post, Eir and a slew of senior board memberships in some of Ireland's most recognised bodies. But as he leaves his position as chief of the postal service, he also prepares to take a step back from executive leadership more broadly.
