David and Morgan Stanhope are real estate investors, authors, and founders of Stanhope Capital who have built a portfolio of 16 sober living homes across three states while raising their two children and maintaining full-time responsibilities. Since entering real estate in 2020, they have developed an investor partnership model, authored two books, and are building a customized real estate operating system to streamline their business.
