Holly Williams grew up in Houston and spent approximately 30 years working in advertising and data, including work connected to Nielsen and other data providers. She and her husband owned a four family property in Brooklyn, and she had experience with single family homes before discovering that investors could participate passively in private investments. Williams says she had been an accredited investor for years without fully understanding what that meant, eventually becoming involved in private real estate syndication and multifamily investing.
