Description: Natalie Novak-Bauss and Ron Web create organic skincare products to repair many skin problems and they continue to innovate and are currently working on how to remove cellulite with nature's ingredients. Guest Bio: Natalie Novak-Bauss's 30 year journey to revolutionize the skincare industry began with a shocking incident in 1987. While working at a high-end skincare brand in California she witnessed an earthquake. Afterwards she noticed one of her bottles had spilled onto the floor, dissolving the carpet and its padding. She asked herself, if the chemical toxins in these products could do this to fabric, what might they be doing to our skin? Moved by a deep sense of responsibility, Natalie immersed herself in the world of skincare/wellness and became a certified aesthetician and a master organic gardener, dedicating herself to understanding how toxins affect the skin. She became an expert in organic ingredients,and soil nutrients which fueled her mission to create skincare that nurtures and protects.
Next we have Ron Webb who’s path to skincare was unexpected and groundbreaking because of his background in aerospace engineering at Boeing as well as NASA, GE Aviation, the Air Force and the NSA. Ron's career had been rooted in the cutting-edge technology of the skies, yet, his innovative spirit was not confined to aerospace. His skincare journey began with an interest in plant-drug research and a passion for holistic animal wound care. This unique blend of experiences culminated in Ron's creation of DermaNū Technology® which combines the precision of engineering with the wisdom of nature. Together Natalie and Ron co-founded KPS Essentials in 2016 which means Kindness Powered Skincare, located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
