As I prepare for this conversation, today is probably my slowest day of the week.
I'm off from my job at Amazon. I don't have to run anyone to swim practice. Compared to the rest of my week, I have this big open chunk of time sitting in front of me.
And I'm struggling to get started.
Meal prep is sitting there. The house is behind. There's homeschooling to plan. There's work for my business I keep pushing to "later." My kids' activities need to be organized. And if I'm honest, there are probably fifteen other things I could be doing right now instead of talking to you.
So technically, do I have time today? Yes.
Do I have unlimited capacity? Absolutely not.
And that little gap right there…between having time and having capacity is what I want to talk about today.
