I'm back, and i'm revisiting my holistic health journey ~ this time with everything i've learned since part 1 that was over 2 years ago.
I was the "performative wellness girl" with a perfect morning routine, gym five days a week, eating perfectly clean and still exhausted, stressed, and unfocused. turns out physical health is only one piece of a much bigger web including mental, emotional, spiritual, and financial health all have to be nurtured together or the whole thing falls apart.
in this episode i am sharing stuff about my chemistry background and why i actually use my degree every day now, why "doing everything right" physically can wreck your mental health, the pillar almost nobody talks about (financial health), and a challenge to nurture all five pillars this week.
