On Monday’s SF Daily, host Lorrie Boyer breaks down the grain market moves, livestock numbers, and the USDA reports shaping agriculture.

🌾 Wheat: Escalating Black Sea fighting has halted shipping again, helping oversold wheat futures strengthen as U.S. prices begin catching up with global markets.

🐄 Livestock: September cattle placements fell 12% year over year to 1.78 million head, the lowest for the month since 1996, while cattle marketings dropped 7%.

📈 Cold Storage: Frozen red meat supplies rose 3% from a year ago, with pork inventories up 9% even as beef stocks declined 1%.
