ADHD hyperfocus can feel incredible when your attention lands on something you genuinely love. Hours disappear, ideas connect, and for once focus does not feel like something you have to force.

GP explores the joyful side of deep focus... the projects, music, hobbies, research, games, and creative work that can make a neurodivergent brain feel completely engaged. The goal is not to “fix” this kind of attention. It is to understand when it feels good, when it costs more than you meant to spend, and how to enjoy being fully inside something without making every passion another obligation.

Plus, Heard You... with a listener who realized creativity itself had become tangled up with identity.
