Summary of Terms & Program Policies
Private Work: Private coaching is results-based rather than built around recurring weekly appointments. We define the specific outcomes being addressed and schedule focused work according to what is needed. The Results Guarantee is a commitment to continue covered work on the original agreed outcomes when appropriate; it is not a promise that any particular outcome will occur.
Follow-Up & Scheduling: Requesting another session does not automatically result in another session. Clients provide an update on what remains unresolved, and Jordan determines the appropriate next step, which may include additional integration time, an exercise or resource, brief guidance, or another private session.
Membership: Beyond Betrayal Community memberships renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation ends future billing; access generally continues through the current paid period. Membership does not include private coaching unless expressly stated.
Privacy: Private one-on-one appointments are confidential subject to legal exceptions. Community spaces are different: members agree to respect each other's privacy, but confidentiality between community members cannot be guaranteed.
Community Recordings: Community calls may be recorded for member replays. Jordan may reuse his own teaching and feedback publicly after removing member contributions and identifying information. A member's name, image, voice, direct quotation, or identifiable story will not be intentionally used publicly without additional permission.
Conduct: Respectful participation is required. JJA Consulting LLC may pause or end services or community access for threatening, abusive, persistently disruptive, sexually inappropriate, or unsafe conduct.
Payments: Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed otherwise. Subscription cancellation does not create a prorated refund.
