Most of us are really good at loving people the way we want to be loved.

But what if the people we love need something completely different from us?

In this episode, I’m talking about one of my favorite books, The Five Love Languages by Gary Chapman, and how understanding this simple concept can completely change the way you show up in your marriage, with your kids, and in your closest relationships.

I’m sharing some very real examples from my own marriage and my relationships with my boys... including times when I thought I was showing someone how much I loved them, only to realize they weren’t experiencing it that way at all.

We’ll talk about how to recognize what makes the people in your life feel most loved, how to identify your own needs, and why simply understanding these differences can prevent so much resentment and misunderstanding.

Because loving someone isn't only about how much love you give...

It's about learning how they receive it.

Enjoy~
